Good To Know
A few things worth knowing before we shoot together. Nothing here is meant to be stiff, it's just how I keep things running smoothly so we can focus on the good part.

Booking and payment
A 50% retainer secures your date. Sessions aren't held on the calendar until that retainer is in.
The remaining balance is due the day before your session.

Rescheduling and cancellation
Retainers are non-refundable. Life happens, so your retainer will transfer once to a new date if you let me know ahead of time. After that first transfer, the retainer is forfeited.
If you need to move things, tell me as early as you can. The more notice, the easier it is on both of us.

On session day
There's a 15-minute grace period. Past that, the session is forfeited, which means the retainer is gone and we'd need to rebook. Text me if you're running behind and I'll do what I can.
Come with hair and makeup done. Your session time is shooting time, not prep time.

Travel
There's no travel fee for sessions within an hour of 27408. An hour or more out, it's a flat $65. Anything past two hours, let's talk about lodging before you book.

Getting your photos
Unedited proofs land in your inbox within 5 business days.
Final edited photos come within 14 business days of you receiving your proofs.
In a hurry? Rush editing gets your finals back in 1 to 2 business days.

Edits and extras
Additional edits are $35 per photo.
If you want anything beyond the standard retouching in your package, let's talk about it before your session rather than after.

Decorated sessions
Book these at least two weeks out so I can source props and set the scene properly.

One more thing...
You always have the final say on whether your images go on my website or social. If you'd rather keep them yours, that's fine and you never have to explain why.
